The easiest it is to contact us by email, especially for those who want to contact us from outside Indonesia, and use the English language. Our phones are answered only by Indonesian-speaking staff.
Furthermore, email is answered directly by the management, and in English as well as Indonesian language. Thus, contacting us by email will not only assure that you communicate with somebody who speaks English, but will also result in a competent answer to whatever your question might be.
When contacting us by email, please use the email address indicated in the header of all our pages. While we do maintain additional email addresses, the primary one indicated in the page header is the one which will get you an answer fastest.
It is best not to send copies of your email to multiple email addresses of ours, as this may result in your mail to be put on hold for counter-checking.
